If you don't have a great experience for any reason, we will do whatever it might take to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase.

Order Cancellation

If you have noticed you made a mistake in your ordering please contact us within 3 hours via email at support@moone-us.com

If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately we cannot cancel your order, address or delivery destination as it is out of our control and with our couriers.

Returns

Our return policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will not be accepting any returns sent back to our warehouse due to sanitary reasons.

There is no restocking fee but customer will be responsible to cover return shipping cost .

Defective Products

Within 7 days when you receive your product, if you find that is broken, defective, or not as it should be, we will send you a replacement ASAP.

We do not offer refunds & returns for any accidental damage, electronic breakdown/failures past this 7 day mark when you receive your product.

Please note: If the packaging of your item is damaged upon delivery, this is often due to courier mishandling and is beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns for packaging damage.

We might ask for some evidence to provide the defect. We try our best not to inconvenience you too much!

Refunds 

If you have received a product that does not match your expectations, we will aim to replace it. If you do not want a replacement, we will refund you in full for the amount of the original item.
